| Abstract: |
| Two constituents of rare earth (RE) static recursion model were established aiming at double exports of RE countercurrent extraction separation process. Different from algebraic model, the extraction process was simplified into five types, i.e. initial extraction section, replacement extraction section, feedback section, replacement washing section, and initial washing section. Objects and their interactive relationship were built. The solution speed is higher than other models via calling and iteration of every object. The effect of flow fluctuation of extract liquid and washing liquid on purity of rare earth products were analyzed. The optimum location of detecting point was determined. |
