| Abstract: |
| Three-stage continuous culture of bacterium for uranium bioleaching in heap leaching solution of uranium ore acidizing process was investigated. The results show that domesticated bacterium can be adapt to environment of uranium concentration of 200~300 mg/L, and can effectively oxidize ferrous in acidizing fluids with Eh values of effluent of about 550 mV. The daily volume ratio of effluent to cultivating trough reaches 2.5 at the end of experiment. |
