| Abstract: |
| Three development stages of “Baiyin Copper Smelting” (BCS), i.e., air-smelting, oxygen-enriched smelting, and oxygen-enriched autogenous smelting, were theoretically analyzed .The results show that smelting bed capacity and self-heating degree of smelting rise with increase of oxygen dosage and oxygen enriched concentration under certain blowing strength. Smelting bed capacity rises with increase of blowing strength and heat strength in melting bath. Ratio of oxygen to material rises with increase of matte grade. Oxygen-enriched autogenous smelting has the best energy saving effect. All technical indexes of BCS reach the international advanced level. |
