| Abstract: |
| A novel type of silver-silver chloride/ammonium chloride/membrane selective electrode was designed and manufactured. The membrane potentials of different cationic membranes in ammonium chloride solution were measured with different probe electrodes. The underlying causes for membrane potential formation were analyzed. The relationships between membrane potential and solution concentration, probe electrode type and membrane type were discussed. |
