Abstract:
      The effects of solid solution and aging treatment on microstructure, electric conductivity and mechanical properties of electrical aluminum alloy rod were studied. The results show that tensile strength is 149 MPa and conductive property is 54.79%IACS under the optimum conditions including 525 ℃×5 h, water quenching at room temperature, and 190 ℃×10 h.
