| Abstract: |
| Arsenic-bearing sodium hydroxide solution was purified to prepare solidity sodium hydroxide with ≤0.05% As and 92%~96% NaOH by processes of oxidation de-antimony, removal of carbonate, sulfate and some arsenic with lime milk, deeply de-arsenic with barium hydroxide, purification with ferric sulfate, and concentration. Total arsenic removal rate is 99.70% above. This process has advantages of short flowsheet and simple operation. Purification and recycling of sodium hydroxide solution bearing with 1~5 g/L arsenic is realized. |
