| Abstract: |
| Designed by Beijing General Research Institute of Mining and Metallurgy, a slurry electrolysis (SE) plant with annual output of 1 000 t electrolysis antimony of high arsenic gold-bearing stibnite concentrate had been put into practice in May 2013. As plant practice indicates, for different concentrate grades, leaching rate of antimony is 98% above, leaching rate of arsenic is 1% below, and arsenic content in cathode antimony is about 0.3%. Gold is enriched in leaching residue, while As and S are hardly leached in process of SE and enriched in leaching residue. Hazards of generation of vast arsenic-alkali residue and low-concentration SO2 gas are avoided. |
