Abstract:
Mg-Sr intermediate alloy was prepared from mixture of MgO and SrO through vacuum reduction at 1 300 ℃ for 8 h and vacuum degree of 0.08 kPa. Mg-Sr intermediate alloy was characterized by XRD, OM, EDS etc. The results show that microstructure of Mg-Sr intermediate alloy is irregular and main phase is Mg17Sr2. The mass fraction of strontium is 28.42%.
