Abstract:
Potential hazardous coefficients heavy metal and toxicology coefficients were applied to analyze hazards of pollutants emissions node from one lead and zinc smelter. The order of hazards was confirmed and the hierarchical management control for each emissions node was provided. The result show that the maximum potential hazardous coefficients of heavy metal and toxicology coefficients are 0.253 9 and 0.300 1 respectively, the minimum are both 0.001 8. As the primary node in terms of risk, molten lead bag plays a key role in pollutants control and calls for attention in management.
