| Abstract: |
| Engineering practice of copper electrowinning at home and abroad were summarized. Additive was optimized by experiment. The results show that cobalt ion in electrowinning solution is beneficial to decrease anode corrosion rate and anode potential, the optimum cobalt ion concentration is 100 mg/L. Gul glue is favor of forming smooth surface cathode copper, the optimum additive is 50 g for one ton copper. Thiourea has different effect on cathode copper under different electric current density. Hydrochloric acid is unsuitable as additive. |
