| Abstract: |
| Based on thermal test data, the thermal of cooling air in reduction process was calculated and analyzed to establish an algebraic relationship between feed rate of TiCl4 and air heat radiation intensity which is applied to evaluate feed rate of TiCl4. The results indicate that feed rate relates with wind speed and outlet temperature of cooling air within a certain range. Evaluation value of feed rate according to wind speed and outlet temperature of cooling air can be obtained and applied to predict range of feed rate. |
