| Abstract: |
| High conductive double steel bars aluminum electrolysis cell can effectively reduce level of horizontal current of liquid aluminum, pressure drop of furnace bottom and working pollar distance of electrolyzer. Heat dissipation is substituted by heat preservation to keep heat balance in cell and improve operation stability under low cell voltage. The average cell voltage is 3.78 V and power consumption is 12 270 kWh for one ton aluminum. |
