| Abstract: |
| Dilute oxygen combustion technology was applied on copper anode refining furnace. The results show that flue gas volume generated by dilute oxygen combustion is only 22.4% of that of coal gas combustion. Energy consumption per ton anode copper drops from 88 kgce above to 42 kgce. Temperature of liquid copper can be raised quickly by dilute oxygen combustion technologies, which accelerate desulfurization by oxidation operation. Temperature of liquid copper is 1 190 ℃ above after reduction, which meets the requirement of anode plate casting. |
