| Abstract: |
| Based on XRD analysis and component analysis, spent pot lining (SPL) of aluminum electrolysis cell was leached to recover fluoride. The effects of ratio of liquid to solid (L/S), particle size and temperature on leaching rate of fluoride were investigated. The results show that leaching rate of soluble F- with water is 97.8% under the optimum conditions including particle size of 0.075~0.096 mm, L/S of 55︰1, temperature of 85 ℃, and leaching duration of 2 h. The content of soluble fluoride in residue is 45 mg/L which can be disposed as non-hazardous waste. |
