Abstract:
Valuable metals were recovered from high arsenic-bearing gold concentrate by processes of two-stage roasting, acid leaching, and cyanide leaching. The results show that copper leaching rate is 82.44% under the optimum conditions including first-stage roasting temperature of 550 ℃, second-stage roasting temperature of 630 ℃, acid leaching time of 90 min and terminal pH value of 1.0. Acidic leaching residue is cyanide leached with gold leaching rate of 90.98% under the conditions including grain size of 88.9% -0.039 mm, dosage of sodium cyanide of 6 kg/t, and cyanide leaching time of 48 h.
