Abstract:
Technological parameter of solvent extraction of vanadium from acid leaching solution of stone coal with amine extractant N235 was studied. The effects of volume fraction of N235, extraction time, extraction temperature, and phase ratio O/A (volume ratio of organic phase to water phase) on vanadium extraction rate were investigated. The results show that the total extraction rate of vanadium after two-stage extraction is 97.82% under the optimum conditions including volume fraction of N235 of 40%, O/A=1/4, and extraction duration of 6 min at 25 ℃. The total extraction rate of vanadium after two-stage stripping is 99% above under the optimum conditions including concentration of stripping agent (Na2CO3) of 0.8 mol/L, O/A=3/1, extraction duration of 6 min at 25 ℃. Vanadium can be separated effectively from major impurities.
