Abstract:
Two-stage precipitation process was applied to purify leaching solution of superalloy scrap. In the first stage, removal rate of impurities of Cr and Al are all 90% above with mass concentration of 15% Na3PO4 as precipitation agent under the conditions including pH value of end point of 2.5, temperature of 70 ℃, and reaction time of 2 h. In the second stage, removal rate of impurities of Cr and Al are all 99% above with mass concentration of 15% NaOH as precipitation agent under the conditions including pH value of end point of 5.5, temperature of 70 ℃, and reaction time of 2 h. The purified solution can be directly used to separate Ni and Co. The expanding test results show that this process has better industrial application prospect.
