Abstract:
      Rhenium was extracted from rhenium-bearing acidic solution by ion exchange. D296 resin was determined to adsorb rhenium by static test. The effects of pH value of feed solution, flow rate and volume ratio of feed solution to resin on adsorption rate of rhenium were investigated by dynamic test. The dynamic adsorption curve of rhenium was determined. The results show that adsorption rate of rhenium is 97.91% and saturated adsorption capacity of D296 resin for rhenium is 114 mg/g under the optimum adsorption conditions including reaction temperature of 25 ℃, pH value of feed solution of 1.5, and hourly adsorption flow rate of 7.2 times of resin-bed volume.
