Abstract:
Tungsten was recovered from acid leaching slag of waste superalloy by oxygen roasting and alkali leaching. The effects of roasting temperature, roasting time, NaOH concentration, leaching temperature, leaching time on tungsten leaching rate were investigated. The results show tungsten leaching rate is 98% above under the optimum conditions including roasting temperature of 700 ℃, roasting time of 60 min, NaOH concentration of 160 g/L, leaching temperature of 85 ℃, L/S=3︰1, and leaching time of 60 min.
