| Abstract: |
| The advantages of reducing gas anodes were introduced by comparison with carbon anodes and inert anodes. The history of employment of gas anode for electrolysis was presented. Three key technical issues including preparation and properties of porous anodes, prevention of HF forming and stability and efficiency of anode reaction on application were summarized. The possible solutions were provided. |
