| Abstract: |
| Generation and mechanism of pores in up-casting copper rod in main frequency furnace were analyzed. The effects of rare earth elements on removal of hydrogen and oxygen and moisture reduction during casting were investigated. Rare earth elements can improve quality of copper rod by effectively reducing and reventing pore generation in copper rod. |
