| Abstract: |
| Gold particles in Carlin-type arsenic/carbon-bearing refractory gold ores were encompassed by arsenopyrite under micro/submicroscopic structure. Flotation recovery of gold was 40% below, and gold cyanidation recovery was 5% below. Oxidation rate of sulfur is 95% above and cyanide leaching rate of gold is improved to 93.81% by biooxidation-cyanidation under the optimum conditions including particle size of 81% -0.074 mm, temperature of 30 ℃, slurry pH value of ~1.6, slurry concentration of 20%, and biooxidation duration of 4 days. |
