Abstract:
      Characters of slag produced by reductive smelting-fuming process to treat iron slag were studied. The results show that melting point of slag is 1 100~1 200 ℃, and its viscosity is 0.6~0.7 Pa?s under the conditions including CaO/SiO2=0.75, 1≤Fe2O3/SiO2≤10 and smelting temperature of 1 250 ℃. The slag has good fluidness, high volatilization rate of lead and zinc (>96%), and can meet requirement of fuming furnace process.
