Abstract:
Tin was enriched from tin-smelting waste slag in electric arc furnace with hydrochloric acid as leaching agent under the conditions including temperature of 40 ℃, ratio of liquid to solid of 25︰1(mL/g), and stirring rate of 250 r/min. The results show that tin content in slag is enriched from 1.82% to 13.61%, and metal tin with purity of 98% is recovered with tin recovery of 99.5% from enriched slag by further acid-leaching and zinc replacement. The removal rate of silica and calcium, which can be sold as by-products, is 83.42% and 94.21% respectively.
