Abstract:
Calcium silica ratio (C/S) of sodium aluminosilicate clinker and sintering temperature were studied. Exploratory industrial dissolution test was conducted. The results show that sodium aluminosilicate clinker should be sintered at 1 200~1 270 ℃with C/S of 2.1~2.2. The digestion solution has high solid concentrate and secondary digestion reaction is intense due to low grade of clinker. The digestion solution must be filtered quickly to obtain better digest results.
