| Abstract: |
| Valuable metals were comprehensively recovered from gold-bearing high-arsenic sulfur concentrates with high-temperature two-stage roasting followed by chloride volatilization. The results show that arsenic and sulfur removal rate is 97.6% and 99% respectively under the optimum two-stage roasting conditions including 700 ℃ weak oxidation atmosphere for the first stage and 850 ℃ oxidation atmosphere for the second stage. Volatilization rate of gold, silver, lead and zinc is 96.5%, 73.3%, 94.6% and 75.3% respectively, iron pellets compressive strength is 2 500 N above with iron grade of 60% above under the optimum chloride volatilization conditions including grinding size of calcine of 73% -0.038 mm, CaCl2 dosage of 5%, bentonite dosage of 2%, chloride roasting temperature of 1 250 ℃, and time of 2 h. |
