Abstract:
D301R, D301G, D370 and D315 weak base anion exchange resins were selected to investigate their effects on desorption of sulfate from desorption lean solution by static method. The effects of adsorption time, citric acid concentration, resin dosage and pH value on sulfate adsorption capacity; desorption time and concentration of alkali liquor on resin desorption; and effect of cyclic regeneration of adsorption and desorption on activity of resin adsorption were analyzed. The results show that D315 resin has bigger effect on desorption of sulfate in high concentration sodium citrate solution (1.0 mol/L). SO42- ions can be completely desorbed within 3 min by concentration of sodium hydroxide of 1.5 mol/L. Adsorption capacity drops by 15% after ten rounds adsorption and desorption recycling.
