Abstract:
The effects of microwave heating and conventional heating on vanadium leaching rate from vanadium-bearing stone coal were investigated based on blank roasting-acid leaching of vanadium. The results show that microwave irradiation leaching rate of V2O5 is 88.2%, approximately 9 percentage points higher than that of conventional heating, under the conditions including leaching temperature of 98 ℃, particle size of -0.074 mm of 75%, volume fraction of sulfuric acid of 20%, leaching time of 90 min, and ratio of liquid to solid of 1.5︰1 (mL/g).
