| Abstract: |
| Fenton reagent was introduced to remove residual organics in manganese electrochemical solution by oxidation treatment, and variations of COD values of solution were measured to evaluate the removal effects. The effects of initial pH value, ferrous ions concentration, H2O2/Fe2 molar ratio, reaction time and temperature on COD removal rate were investigated. The results show that COD removal rate is 75.35% under the conditions including initial pH value of 3.50, ferrous ions concentration of 0.03 mol/L, H2O2/Fe2 molar ratio of 5, reaction temperature of 30 ℃, and reaction time of 60 min. |
