Abstract:
The effects of concentration of sodium persulfate, amount of sulfuric acid, stirring speed, temperature and ratio of solid to liquid on recovery of copper from metal concentrates of waste printed circuit boards with sodium persulfate were investigated. The results show that increasing of concentration of sodium persulfate, stirring speed and temperature facilitates copper recovery. Copper recovery is 96.5% under the optimum conditions including temperature of 45 ℃, ratio of solid to liquid of 0.004(g/mL), stirring speed of 500 r/min, concentration of sodium persulfate of 0.2 mol/L, and leaching time of 60 min.
