Abstract:
The effects of low temperature calcination pretreatment on bioleaching of non-ferrous metals from waste mobile phone scraps with Acidithiobacillus ferrooxidans (hereinafter referred to as T.f) were investigated. The results show that after 15 days of bioleaching, the leaching rate of copper, nickel and zinc is 95.14%, 96.53% and 98.45% respectively, and tin first dissolves in early days and then precipitates in leaching residues. Low temperature calcination pretreatment not only shortens leaching period, but also improves leaching rate of some non-ferrous metals.
