Abstract:
CO2 was absorbed from coal-fired flue gas by chemical method with ethanolamine (MEA) and tetraethylenepentamine (TEPA) as solvents. The results show that absorption rate of MEA and TEPA is 0.659 and 0.543 mmol/s respectively under the conditions including reaction temperature of 20 ℃, solvent volume concentration of 5%, CO2 volume concentration of 13%, and simulated flue gas flow rate of 550 L/h.
