| Abstract: |
| Copper was extracted with N902 from ammoniacal leaching solution of waste printed circuit boards. The effects of extraction agent concentration, extraction phase ratio (O/A), initial pH value of extraction solution and extraction time on copper extraction rate were investigated. The results show that copper extraction rate is 98.62% under the optimum conditions including extractant concentration of 15%, O/A=1︰2, initial pH of 10, and extraction time of 2.5 min. Stripping rate of copper is 89.91% with 2 mol/L sulfuric acid solution for 4 min. The solution can meet the requirement of copper electrowinning. |
