| Abstract: |
| This work took “flash smelting-PS converter blowing” mainstream copper smelting process as design objects, used the self-developed metallurgical process computing system development platform (Metcal)" software, and established mathematical model of the cell according to material balance, heat balance and chemical equilibrium principle. Simulation calculation on the whole copper smelting process has been carried out. After which, logistics information of the metallurgical units and heat balance calculation results was obtained.It not only improved efficiency of the metallurgical process flow design and calculation but also provided theoretical guidance for process designing and amplification. |
