Abstract:
Mechanism of vanadium extraction with N235 in H2SO4 system was investigated by saturation volumetric method and slop method. The results show that mole ratio of vanadium to N235 in organic phase is about 2.5 with extraction complex of [R3NH]4[H2V10O28]. Apparent equilibrium constant of extraction reaction is 195.434 L?mol-1?s-1 with ΔH=-10.683 kJ/mol, ΔG=-13.076 kJ/mol, and ΔS=8.023 J/(mol?K). Increasing temperature goes against vanadium extraction.
