| Abstract: |
| Generation kinetics of hydrogarnet in Na2O-Al2O3-SiO2-H2O system was investigated by High-pressure Differential Scanning Calorimetry (HP-DSC). Kinetics parameters of reaction were obtained by analysis on DSC curves with differential equation method. The results show that the apparent activation energy and pre-exponential constant of this reaction are 191.17 kJ/mol and 2.767 3 s-1 respectively. The reaction mechanism includes random nucleation and growth in accordance with Mample single rule. |
