Abstract:
Arsenic-bearing gold mine was acid leaching pretreated with pyrolusite to remove arsenic and leach gold. The effects of reaction temperature, reaction time, vitriol concentration, ratio of liquid to solid (L/S), and mass ratio of pyrolusite to gold mine (mpg) on gold leaching rate were investigated by orthogonal test. The results show that arsenic removal rate is 85.83% and gold leaching rate is 93.57% under the optimum conditions including reaction temperature of 150 ℃, reaction time of 3h, mpg=2, H2SO4 concentration of 10 mol/L, and L/S=2.
