| Abstract: |
| Technical conditions of 400 kA aluminum electrolyzer with graphitization cathode were optimized, including maintaining lower aluminum level, addressing incrustation on pot bottom, adjusting electrolyte component by controlling composition of raw materials, reducing lithium content and superheat degree, maintaining suitable molecular ratio and etc. Current efficiency is 90% above and power consumption for one tonnage aluminum is below 13 600 kWh after optimization. |
