Abstract:
Iron-oxidation strains were isolated from AMD by improved double-layer plating cultural technique, among which one strain with highest oxidation ability was identified and named as Leptospirillum ferriphilum LJ-02. Ore oxidation ratio rises and then drops within 36~41 ℃. Drops of pH value have obvious influence on oxidizability of LJ-02. Ore oxidation ratio rises with inoculums amount of 10%(v/v) below. Adsorption of LJ-02 on refractory gold ore is Langmuir isotherm adsorption with adsorption equilibrium constant of 8.72?10-10 mL/cells and maximum absorption capacity of unit mass mineral grain of 1.99?109 cells/g.
