Abstract:
      Thousand ton grade industrial test of low grade gold-copper ores from Zijinshan by bio-heap leaching, media conversion, and cyaniding process was carried out. Leaching behaviors of copper and iron during bioleaching, and technical index of media conversion and cyaniding were examined, and economical benefit was calculated. The results show that leaching rate of copper and gold is 55.2% and 50% respectively under the conditions including mineral particle size of -50 mm, ore heap height of 5 m, bioleaching duration of 80 days, and cyaniding leaching duration of 30 days. Production cost and gross production value are 72.24RMB and 75.11RMB respectively for per tonnage ore.
