| Abstract: |
| Structure of extracellular polymer substances(EPS), factors affecting generation and component of EPS, and methods to extract EPS were introduced. Biological function of bacterium on bioleaching of sulfide ore, and mediation of EPS between three-phase interfaces of minerals-bacteria-solution were elaborated. The development direction in future was prospected. |
