| Abstract: |
| Oxygen Oblique Blown Converters have been imported and utilized in Jiangxi Copper, Jinlong Copper, and Xiangguang Copper in recent years, which can meet production requirements but remain increasing problems to be addressed, including low driving efficiency and high energy consumption, heavy wear and short service life of friction pair, slow rotating speed and poor converting efficiency due to heavier vibration of furnace body at end service life of friction pair, as well as high maintenance cost of imported spare parts. After optimization and modifications on driving structure of Oxygen Oblique Blown Converters, the problems as heavy maintenance of driving system and big impact on productivity have been solved. |
