Abstract:
W, Sn, and F were comprehensively recovered from low-grade tin-tungsten fluorite sheelite middling by soda reducing roasting-water leaching, and sulfuric acid roasting-leaching, respectively. The effects of soda addition, ratio of coal to soda, sulfuric acid addition, ammonium carbonate dosage, and end point pH value of solution on recovery were investigated. The results show that decomposition rate of fluorine is 99.95%, leaching rate of WO3 is 98.04%, and retention rate of tin is 17.70% by the process of twice sulfuric acid roasting, washing, ammonium carbonate leaching and hydrochloric acid leaching. This process has the advantages of good technical index, waste emission by standard, and obvious economic benefit.
