| Abstract: |
| Traditional purification process of zinc sulphate solution has lots of disadvantages including big consumption of zinc powder, poor working conditions, and large amount of slag. Purification test was carried out with introduced JS-3 cleaning agent. The results show that contents of cadmium, cobalt and nickel can all meet the requirement of qualified electrolyte though contents of arsenic, antimony and germanium in purified solution are higher than those of traditional process. Compared with the traditional purification process, the new process cuts cost by 15.29RMB/m3, and has the advantages of zero poisonous gas output, shortened process flow, little slag output, and production of cobalt and nickel slag ready for sales. |
