| Abstract: |
| Ferroalloy enrichment with platinum, palladium and rhodium from plasma melting of spent auto catalysts was applied as raw material. The effects of ratio of liquid to solid, leaching temperature, leaching time, and dosage of oxidant on leaching rates of Pt, Pd, and Rh from ferroalloy were investigated. The results show that leaching rate of Pt, Pd, and Rh is 57.29%, 62.12% and 25.35% respectively under the optimum conditions including concentration of hydrochloric acid of 6 mol/L, stirring speed of 250 r/min, ratio of liquid to solid of 10︰1, leaching temperature of 80 ℃, leaching time of 2 h, and dosage of oxidant sodium chlorate of 1︰1. |
