Abstract:
Response Surface Methodology was used to analyze the factors exerting significant influence on tin leaching rate in refractory separable high silicon bearing tin middling and the relationship among them. The results show reduction temperature, reduction time and carbon content have significant influence on tin leaching rate and there is a linear relationship among factors without interaction. Tin leaching rate is 98.54% under the optimum conditions including reduction temperature of 850 ℃, reduction time of 1.5 h, carbon addition of 4%, and sulfur content in ore of 2.2%.
