Abstract:
To address difficulty to recover silver from zinc slag with high content of calcium sulfate, silver leaching system was screened. “NaCl H2SO4 NaClO3” is the optimum system for silver leaching. Leaching rate of silver and lead is 97% and 91% respectively under the optimum conditions including acid-leaching slag of 50 g, NaCl concentration of 300 g/L, ratio of liquid to solid of 5︰1, H2SO4 dosage of 6 g, NaClO3 dosage of 3 g, reaction temperature of 90 ℃, and leaching time of 3 h.
