Abstract:
Raw ore roasting-cyaniding leaching process was proposed to treat magnesian carbonate rock type micro-disseminated refractory gold deposits. Gold content in residue can be decreased to 1.92 g/t with gold leaching rate of 94.90% under the optimum conditions including size of raw ore of -0.074 mm of 80%, roasting temperature of 650 ℃, roasting time of 1 h, calcining size of -0.038 mm of 90%, NaCN dosage of 3kg/t, L/S=2, and leaching time of 36 h. Economical analysis on 300 t/d raw ore roasting-cyaniding leaching project indicates a desirable financial performance.
