Abstract:
Extraction with P204 from leaching solution of low grade zinc oxide dust was investigated. The results show that zinc extraction rate of three-stage countercurrent extraction is 53.7% and back extraction rate is 99% above. Impurities of arsenic, antimony, cadmium, nickel, fluorine, and chlorine in neutral leaching solution are blocked in extraction raffinate. As a result, treatment cost of purification is reduced compared with traditional process.
