Abstract:
Extraction and stripping ratio of copper is 99% above applying leaching solution of complex copper and cobalt ores as raw material, M5774 as extractant, and sulfuric acid as stripping agent. Iron and aluminum in residual raffinate are both 0.005 g/L below combined with incompletely removed manganese after removal of iron and manganese by oxidation of SO2/air mixture gas. Nickel and cobalt precipitation rate is 97.73% and 94.33% respectively under the optimum precipitation conditions with active magnesium oxide. Manganese and magnesium are precipitated by active calcium oxide.
